tips facing the change of seasons

“Change the time arise allergies, colds and flu,” I dare say that’s almost a law. It’s quite annoying, but true: every time a new season approaching there are those who can not handle it and develop some type of disease, however slight it may seem, it remains a nuisance.

The remedies to relieve and prevent colds are many, but if you’re like me, and do not like having to make chemicals for everything, it is best to warn of your cold with natural remedies. And that’s what I now speak about other medicine: medicines to prevent and combat the flu.

  • To soothe a sore throat: it is best to mix six cloves of garlic with hot water. You should gargle with this tea of garlic twice daily for three days. The liquid soothes inflamed tissues, and garlic has antibacterial properties that prevent against the pain they can cause.
  • To lower your fever: it is best to take tea and lime, it controls your body temperature. Take this tea three or four times a day. Take a good cold bath may also help.
  • For cough: it is best to eat a little chocolate black, its components help relieve cough. Honey is another food that can help.
