anti-anxiety diet

The biggest problem facing those who want to make a weight loss diet is anxiety. However, there is an anti-anxiety diet that reduces stress, encourages relaxation and promotes restful sleep.

This diet is to incorporate omega 3, which protects the nervous system, vitamin b6, magnesium, and especially tryptophan, an essential amino acid that stimulates production of serotonin (the hormone of welfare), and you need the last two for optimum performance.
