<p>To put it into practice must have a healthy condition, if you make physical activity should not be in excess to avoid more tired. You will have to comply with all meals listed below and sleep, between 7 and 8 hours daily.</p>
<p>Sample daily menu:</p>

The vast majority have mild symptoms but for every twenty days before the woman is a scourge of menstrual mood swings, depression and sometimes severe mental disorders. They suffer from severe PMS or <a href="http://www.nbelec.org/tag/premenstrual-syndrome"><strong>premenstrual syndrome</strong></a>. But why suffer needlessly when help is at hand.</p>
<p>Breast pain, head and abdominal pain are symptoms that almost all women can feel just days before menstruation. Even your mood can be affected by depression and sometimes aggression. Approximately 2-4 percent of women have such severe symptoms that significantly affect their daily lives.<span id="more-233"></span></p>
<p>They suffer from severe PMS and could end up in depression-like state in which family life and jobs will suffer. Appeal will at certain times of the menstrual cycle and are at their worst weeks before <strong><a href="http://www.nbelec.org/tag/menstruation">menstruation</a></strong>.
