There are many kinds of fad diets. Some focus on diet mode magically melt fat with not so secret formula or a combination of diet foods that cause damage fat cells.
There are several examples of this diet.
One myth that cyber-credit to the Mayo Clinic is a 12-day grapefruit diet. This diet has a menu that is used daily for twelve days and each diet containing citrus. At the end of twelve days, you get two days on your own and then back to diet again.
Other foods that focus on what you eat is the lemonade diet. Fad diet allows only one item for ten days. It is a lemonade made with maple syrup, cayenne pepper and lime juice, all added to a glass of pure water. Creator of this diet fad is intended to cleanse the body and bring better health, but so heavy was gone; everyone jumped on the bandwagon to try it. To clean it might be good, a study of occasional fasting to show benefit. As a diet, it was horrible. Slow down your metabolism and lose water weight, come back quickly. Read the rest of this entry »
