Who gets sun rash?
Sun rash is most common in children and adolescents, but can occur at any age. It is not uncommon for adults who have endured the sun well, suddenly develops sun rash. Sun rash often move by itself.
What is sun rash?
Sun rash is an allergic reaction in the skin. This response is triggered when ultraviolet rays hitting your skin. Most often it is the UVA, which provides sun rash, but also the UVB can cause the same reaction. The energy from the ultraviolet rays emitted in the skin and affect the cells.
