  • Drink plenty of water. Among other things, dehydration causes headaches, confusion, and dizziness. The best way to be in good shape is to be well hydrated (with no soft drinks!) Water is the best thing for you, because you hydrate faster than other liquids and help you with digestion.
  • Do not miss meals. Lunch is important, as well as lunch and dinner. If you miss meals, it affects blood glucose and can cause you to eat junk food during the day. Meals provided will help you develop a good eating habit to give you the mental power necessary for your studies.
  • Take calcium. Calcium plays an important role in developing and supporting bone. When the body is not getting enough calcium, the theft of your bones. Dairy products like cheese or yogurt, leafy vegetables, and almonds are good sources of calcium.

  • Love your carbs. Carbohydrates are good brain food and should not be neglected. Eating complex carbohydrates like brown rice, quinoa, and bulgur, you’ll get sustainable energy for your body, compared to simple carbohydrates – like white bread and cakes – which reduce blood sugar, which makes you bad mood.
  • Exercise. A proven method, exercise makes you less stressed, helps digestion and gives you a good sleep. In addition, exercise helps you maintain a healthy weight. Walk, jog, run. Do what you enjoy doing and what is comfortable for you.
