<p>• 7 cans of chicken (140 grams each), or 5 cups (650 grams) of fresh fish (cooked).</p>
<p>• 1 bag (450 grams) of frozen carrots.</p>
<p>• 1 box (285 grams) of frozen broccoli cogotillos.</p>
<p>• 1 box (285 grams) of frozen collard greens and mashed.</p>
<p>• 1 ½ cup frozen chopped onions.</p>
<p>· ¼ cup lemon juice</p>
<p>· ¼ cup chopped fresh dill or one tablespoon dried dill.</p>
<p><strong>Preparation </strong></p>
<p>In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add the parsnips, celery Cabitos sliced pieces of turnip, jalapeno pepper, garlic, salt and cayenne pepper. Cooking the vegetables until they acquire a golden-this should take about 15 minutes.</p>
<p>Add broth, chicken, carrots, broccoli, collard greens, onions, lemon juice and dill. Take it to the edge of the boil, reduce heat and cook at moderate level for five minutes. This preparation will yield 26 cups of soup.</p>
<p><strong>Options for breakfast</strong></p>
