What can we do?

To avoid halitosis are recommended a series of tips, which can be summarized as follows:
- It is essential tooth brushing after each meal and sleep, brushing also mouth and palate. Also use dental floss once a day can be effective.
- If you are a carrier of dentures, clean them by brushing and immersion in liquid disinfectants.
- Make antiseptic mouthwash. In this sense, indicate that chlorhexidine as a mouthwash, do not use more than 6 months due to side effects it produces (browning of teeth and taste disturbance, among others).
- To mask the odor may be effective the use of mouthwash, toothpaste or chewing gum with metal ions (especially zinc), since they readily bind to the sulfur compounds that are causing the smell.
- Stop smoking or drinking.
- Eat more vegetables, fresh fruit and water.
- If your problem is chronic dry mouth (or xerostomia) may be effective, the use of solutions of carboxymethylcellulose, or chewing sugarless gum. Anyway, please consult your doctor.

It is easy to control bad breath, i would just swish some hexitidine or salt solution.
I appreciate facts about that. I wrote it off as just another cost, but I am going to take a look at it all over again.
